Fundraisers

Each year, the Broadneck Music Boosters raises funds to benefit BHS music programs. Some fundraisers also offer students the opportunity to add funds to their student accounts, which they can use toward music program fees, trips, or concert attire.

Program-Wide Fundraisers

Holiday Plant Sale

Broadneck Music will offer poinsettas, white cyclamens, seasonal arrangement with cut greens, cones and berries, and Frasier Fir wreaths for the holiday season. Proceeds from the sale are credited to individual student accounts. (Fall)

Grocery Grab Fundraiser

One lucky raffle winner will score up to $600 in free products from the Green Valley Marketplace in Arnold. Proceeds from raffle ticket sales will largely benefit student accounts, meaning the more tickets they sell, the more funds students can accumulate in their accounts. (Winter)

Mattress Warehouse Fundraiser

Broadneck Music will benefit from a one-day mattress fundraising sale at Mattress Warehouse in Severna Park. In-store and online shoppers save 30% - 70% off retail pricing. (Spring)

Marching Band Fundraisers

Penny Wars

Held during band camp, Penny Wars is both a strategy game for band members and a great use for loose change. Student teams compete for daily rewards and a grand prize. Proceeds are used for props and other show expenses.

Marching Bruins Trailer

The trailer is visibly parked year-round at BHS and used to carry props and instruments to marching band competitions. Sponsorships are available for businesses and families; proceeds are used to purchase and maintain equipment for the Marching Bruins.

• Businesses can make a three-year commitment to advertise on one or both sides of the trailer.
• Families can purchase a one-year sponsorship at one of three levels.
